Marvelips Review

 Soap and Glory's Marvelips double-ended colour and plump lip crayon - £8 at Boots

 

Firstly the packaging this product came in was gorgeous, pink and gold, definitely stood out on the shelf. On the back on the package are instructions of how to make the most out of the product, as a first timer of lip crayons I found this really useful and was really simple too!

I've tried so many different lip products recently, none of which seem to suit me or be worth the money but from the first time I tried Marvelips I fell in love. The colour was subtle and nude (exactly like it says on the packaging!) and the texture was smooth and surprisingly moisturising.

The white/highlight end of the product is really effective in adding volume to the lips and subtle depth.

Overall I love this product and will definitely repurchase and recommend to anyone!

I've had such a lovely day out with my mum today, was really lovely to spend some quality time together just me and her. We kicked off the day with lunch in Nandos..Yum! I had my usual of mango and lime chicken pitta..can't go wrong with a classic!
I decided to purchase a vintage style denim shirt/dress with plaid sleeves from miss selfridge that I have been eye-balling for weeks, I'm totally in love with it so I'm definitely glad I decided to get it.
Since I can get my mum and I in free at the pool we decided to finish the day off with a nice relaxing swim..not the best after a big lunch but was still nice all the same.

Definitely need to start revising more though since my exams start in just over a week..scary thought!

Okay, I know I have had a polyvore account for literally 5 years now but I have just rediscovered it, and omg I am in love and totally obsessed!
It's sad to say I had to delete all my old sets from back in the day as they were literally too embarrassing to be seen next to my name...talk about severe fashion feux pas!
To make my obsession even worse there is now a polvore app for the iPhone, so whenever I have free minute I can create sets wherever I am, usually when I'm meant to be studying!

Back to Work

It's been so long since I have been at work (literally 3 months!) and I have missed that place so much. Yesterday I had my first shift back and I can't even tell you how good it felt to dig out and put on my red and yellow uniform!
It was an 8 hour shift in the basket room so it was pretty intense but it was easily made better by having a good catch up with all my work friends and not to mention getting paid!
I've got a couple more shifts lined up for the next few weeks along with training (joy!) and I really can;t wait to get back into the work routine.
